Another Bull Flattening Coming?

THE US 2's 5's curve (My Financial Bible) is at the moment looking like another failure to sustain above the minus 19 to minus 21 pivot this week.
 
We could still push again and break higher BUT...at this point the failure up here is at the same levels we failed at in March and October 2023. (In particular the October 2023 level of minus 19)
 
There is also significant divergence on the daily chart
 
In both prior instances that failure was followed by a BULL FLATTENING in this curve for 1-2 months
